We met online the head of Kolore Guztiak which is an organization supporting, assessing and training migrants. We exchanged on different topics related to the MTC project, presented our results and discussed the training materials. Kolore Guztiak is mostly working with mirgants from Maghreb, especially men. Concerning their labour integration, they general look for other jobs than care jobs due to gender stereotypes. However, we discussed the labour shortage in the care sector and that men care takers are also needed.
